PROGRAM GUIDELINES

The Al Larvick Conservation Fund (or “The Fund”) operates a grant program for the conservation of home and amateur audiovisual materials (moving image: film and video only) and their digital capture. Grants are open to individuals, institutions and organizations. Grants are open for submission year around.

The national grant is awarded on an annual basis. The regional grant is given on a biennial basis. See Grant page for deadline information.

Any application submitted after these respective deadlines will be considered for the following grant cycle. Award recipients are contacted individually and then announced via Newsletter, Facebook and other advertising.

Applicants are encouraged to read the complete application guidelines before beginning the application. This will help clarify requirements and assist with filling out a complete application.
